We do not like fine print, but want to make sure there are no surprises for you or for us.

 The below apply to both whole house and individual room rentals unless otherwise noted.

NEW COVID-RELATED POLICIES AND SAFETY STANDARDS

  • With just four rooms, there will be a max of 10 people onsite, including staff.

  • We offer contactless check in; you are emailed a door code prior to arrival. There is no check out required.

  • All billing and payment processing is done online.

  • Staff conduct temperature checks each morning.  Guest checks are optional.

  • We offer a paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms.

  • Staff is required to regularly wash hands.

  • Hand sanitizer is available to guests and staff.

  • All bed linens are freshly washed and cleaned prior to arrival.

  • All surfaces are sanitized. 

  • All toiletries are individually wrapped.

  • We no longer offer buffet style breakfast. All food is prepared in individual servings. 

  • Multiple dining areas provide space for social distancing.

  • All tableware is sanitized in our commercial dishwasher.

  • The kitchen is sanitized each morning prior to breakfast.

STANDARD POLICIES

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME:
Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00am. Please advise us in advance of your stay if you plan on arriving or departing outside of these hours. We will do our best to accommodate you.

RESERVATIONS, ROOM RATES AND DEPOSIT:
Room rates are posted on our website and are based on a maximum of 2 adults/children over 12 years old per room. Sales tax and occupancy tax are additional. Reservations are held with a credit card deposit of 50% of the total charge for your visit. Room availability is guaranteed upon our confirmation to you. Unpaid balances are due in full at check-out.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. 

LOST OR LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS:
Should you think you left something behind, we will be happy to look for it. However, we cannot be responsible for items lost or left at the property. Please check for all personal items before departure.

BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is included in all room rates and is served at 8:30 a.m. Please advise us of any special dietary restrictions or requests when making your reservation. 

USE OF KITCHEN:

Guests may use the kitchen at any time to reheat food. Guests may only prepare and cook full meals in the kitchen (including the use of a chef) when the meal can be enjoyed by all guests of the Inn. We ask guests to clean the kitchen after use, and rinse the dishes and set them aside so they can be sanitized by our staff in the commercial dishwasher in the morning.

VINEYARD WORK: 
This is a working farm; The Inn is in the heart of the vineyard. Early morning noises from farm equipment and workers will be kept to a minimum but are possible.  

PETS: 
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets even though we are animal lovers. This includes service animals. We do have a small dog we can loan you!

CHILDREN:
When accompanied by an adult, children over the age of 12 years are welcome as guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger children.

SMOKING:
Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted inside the Inn, or on the wood decks. If you need an ashtray while you smoke outside, please let us know, and one will be provided.

HOUSEKEEPING:

We will not enter your room during your stay, except in the case of necessary maintenance. Daily room cleaning services and fresh linens are available on request.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
Please be considerate of our neighbors and other guests. Noise should be kept to a minimum and all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances should be abided by.

SWIMMING POOL:
The pool is open from approximately May through October. Swimming is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. We urge you to use an abundance of caution.

PRIVATE EVENTS:

We allow private events for up to 30 people. The Inn must be rented in full the day of and the day after the event. Guests are required to clean up after the event, plus a $250.00 deep cleaning fee will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

Should you need to cancel:

  • 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 100% of your deposit.

  • 14 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 90% of your deposit.

  • 13 or fewer days before your scheduled arrival date: We will be unable to refund any portion or your deposit. However, if we do obtain another guest for the room, we will issue a gift certificate to be used at the future date of your choosing. 

Early departures and no-shows:  You are responsible for the cost of the entire reservation. 

Cancellations must be made by phone or email and are only valid with the receipt of a cancellation confirmation. 

*This cancellation policy does not apply to whole-house rentals. Upon confirmation, the customer will be responsible for the entire reservation. Refunds for these cancellations will be made only upon our ability to re-book the cancelled rooms. 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation we will issue a full refund as well as a 10% discount on one future booking.
