POLICIES

While we don't like fine print, we want to make sure there are no surprises during your stay. The policies listed below apply to individual room rentals and rentals of the Entire Inn, unless otherwise noted.

A NOTE ON COVID-19 RELATED POLICIES AND SAFETY STANDARDS

​Please rest assured that we have enhanced our already rigorous sanitation processes throughout the Inn and are taking every
precaution to ensure your well-being and safety throughout your visit with us. Listed below are a few specific policies to note:

  • All rooms undergo a rigorous cleaning process prior to guest arrival, including freshly laundered linens, sanitized surfaces, and individually wrapped toiletries.

  • We offer contactless check in. Guests are emailed a personal door code prior to arrival. There is no check out required.

  • Multiple dining areas provide space for social distancing.

  • We follow CDC guidelines regarding mask policies. Guests and staff members who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear face coverings inside.

STANDARD POLICIES

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME:
Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Please note that your unique four-digit access code will not begin working until 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and will stop working at 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. If you would like to request an early check in or late check out, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

RESERVATIONS, ROOM RATES, AND DEPOSIT:
Room rates are posted on our website and are based on a maximum of two adults/children over 12 years old per room. Sales tax and occupancy tax are additional. Reservations are held with a credit card deposit of 50% of the total charge for your visit. The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. 

LOST OR LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS:
Should you think you left something behind, we will be happy to look for it. However, we cannot be responsible for items lost or left at the property. Please check for all personal items before departure.

BREAKFAST:

Breakfast is included in all room rates, except the morning immediately before, during, and after Thanksgiving Day, December 22 - 27, December 30 - January 1, and Easter Sunday. Please join us in the dining room when you are ready for breakfast between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Please note that breakfast service stops at 10:00 a.m. If anyone in your party has special dietary restrictions or requests, please let us know in advance and we are happy to accommodate.

KITCHEN USE:

Please note that kitchen use is limited to Entire Inn rentals only. If you prefer not to clean up after using our kitchen facilities, we are happy to take care of the cleaning for you for an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please note that this charge may be automatically added to your final bill at the discretion of our staff.

PETS: 
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the Inn. In the case of service animals, we follow current ADA requirements. Please notify us in advance if you travel with a service animal.

CHILDREN:
When accompanied by an adult, children over the age of 12 years are welcome as guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger children for single room rentals. For rentals of the Entire Inn, children under 12 years of age are welcome for an additional flat rate cleaning fee of $150.

SMOKING:
Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted inside the Inn, including our screened-in porch. We ask that you please smoke outside.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Please note that we do not offer daily housekeeping services. We will not enter your room during your stay, except in the case of necessary maintenance. Fresh linens are available upon request.

SWIMMING POOL:
Our heated swimming pool is open from approximately April through October. Please note that swimming is at your own risk, and there is no lifeguard on duty. We urge you to use an abundance of caution.

WORKING FARM:

Please note that we are in the middle of a working farm. Some nights, this may include spraying the vines. We will inform guests of these instances. Remaining outdoors during spraying is at your own risk.

 

PRIVATE EVENTS:

We are able to accommodate private events for up to 18 people. The Inn must be rented in full the day of and the day after the event. A $500 event fee will be applied to all events.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
 

Should you need to cancel:

  • 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 100% of your deposit.

  • 13 or fewer days before your scheduled arrival date: We are unable to refund any of your deposit or prepayment. However, if we do obtain another guest for the room, we will issue a gift certificate to be used at the future date of your choosing. 

Early departures and no-shows:  You are responsible for the cost of the entire reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone or email and are only valid with the receipt of a cancellation confirmation. 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation we will issue a full refund as well as a 10% discount on one future booking.
