While we don't like fine print, we want to make sure there are no surprises during your stay.

 The policies below apply to both whole house and individual room rentals, unless otherwise noted.

A NOTE ON COVID-19 RELATED POLICIES AND SAFETY STANDARDS

​Please rest assured that we have enhanced our already rigorous sanitation processes throughout the Inn and are taking every
precaution to ensure your well-being and safety throughout your visit with us. Listed below are a few specific policies to note:

  • All rooms undergo a rigorous cleaning process prior to guest arrival, including freshly laundered linens, sanitized surfaces, and individually wrapped toiletries.

  • We offer contactless check in. Guests are emailed a personal door code prior to arrival. There is no check out required.

  • With just four rooms, there is only a maximum of ten people on property, including all staff.

  • Multiple dining areas provide space for social distancing.

  • Guest access to our kitchen is currently limited to ensure consistent sanitation practices for the safety of all guests.

  • Staff conducts temperature checks each morning and wears masks at all times when on property.

  • We offer a paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms of COVID-19.

  • The kitchen and all dining areas are sanitized before and after breakfast each morning.

STANDARD POLICIES

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIME:
Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. Please advise us in advance if you plan on arriving or departing outside of these hours. We will do our best to accommodate you.

RESERVATIONS, ROOM RATES AND DEPOSIT:
Room rates are posted on our website and are based on a maximum of two adults/children over 12 years old per room. Sales tax and occupancy tax are additional. Reservations are held with a credit card deposit of 50% of the total charge for your visit. Room availability is guaranteed upon our confirmation to you. Unpaid balances are due in full at check-out.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind. 

LOST OR LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS:
Should you think you left something behind, we will be happy to look for it. However, we cannot be responsible for items lost or left at the property. Please check for all personal items before departure.

BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is included in all room rates. Please join us in the dining room when you are ready for breakfast, any time between 8:30am and 10:00am. If anyone in your party has special dietary restrictions or requests, please let us know in advance.

USE OF KITCHEN:

Please keep in mind that the kitchen is a shared space for all guests. If you plan to cook a full meal in the kitchen—including the use of a private chef—please ensure that all guests of the Inn are still able to access the kitchen facilities. If you need assistance, please let our Innkeeper know.

VINEYARD WORK: 
Please keep in mind that the Inn is located in the heart of a working vineyard. Early morning noises from farm equipment and workers will be kept to a minimum, but are possible.  

PETS: 
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the Inn. This includes service animals. 

CHILDREN:
When accompanied by an adult, children over the age of 12 years are welcome as guests. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger children.

SMOKING:
Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted inside the Inn. If you need an ashtray while you smoke outside, please let us know, and one will be provided.

HOUSEKEEPING:

We will not enter your room during your stay, except in the case of necessary maintenance. Daily room cleaning services and fresh linens are available on request.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY:
Please be considerate of our neighbors and other guests. Noise should be kept to a minimum and all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances should be abided by.

SWIMMING POOL:
The pool is open from approximately May through October. Swimming is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. We urge you to use an abundance of caution.

PRIVATE EVENTS:

We allow private events for up to 30 people. The Inn must be rented in full the day of and the day after the event. Guests are required to clean up after the event, plus a $250.00 deep cleaning fee will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

Should you need to cancel:

  • 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 100% of your deposit.

  • 14 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date: We will refund 90% of your deposit.

  • 13 or fewer days before your scheduled arrival date: We will be unable to refund any portion or your deposit. However, if we do obtain another guest for the room, we will issue a gift certificate to be used at the future date of your choosing. 

Early departures and no-shows:  You are responsible for the cost of the entire reservation. 

Cancellations must be made by phone or email and are only valid with the receipt of a cancellation confirmation. 

*Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to whole-house rentals. Upon confirmation, the customer will be responsible for the entire reservation. Refunds for these cancellations will be made only upon our ability to re-book the cancelled rooms. 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation we will issue a full refund as well as a 10% discount on one future booking.
